Everyday activities don't always have to be done alone. Simple outings, such as shopping at supermarkets or department stores, visiting the bank, dining out, or enjoying a relaxing visit to a café, can sometimes be tiring or inconvenient for seniors, especially on days when they don't feel comfortable going out alone or have no one available to accompany them

Thailaor is here to accompany seniors on their everyday outings with courtesy, patience, and genuine care. We provide companionship, friendly conversation, and assistance throughout the journey and activities. We never rush, because we understand that your comfort and peace of mind matter most

Our service is ideal for seniors who enjoy going out but prefer not to go alone, those whose children or family members are unable to accompany them, or anyone who would simply appreciate a friendly companion to talk to while enjoying their daily activities


Service Details

To help ensure that shopping, running errands, or dining out is a smooth and enjoyable experience, Thailaor will accompany and assist seniors throughout their journey, providing friendly support every step of the way.

1. Pick-up from the agreed location, according to the senior’s convenience

2. Provide companionship and assistance with shopping or errands according to the senior’s needs

3. Once shopping or errands are completed, accompany the senior safely back to their residence.


Note

1.  Please prepare all personal documents and any items required for shopping or errands before the scheduled appointment, such as a Thai national ID card, passport, visa, restaurant membership card, regular medications, and any other necessary items

2. Our service staff can communicate in both Thai and English


How to Book Our Service 

To ensure smooth service arrangements and proper staff scheduling, please follow these steps

1. Specify your preferred service date. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance so we can check staff availability

2. Provide the senior’s details
    2.1 Gender and age
    2.2 Thai or foreign national
    2.3 Preferred destinations, such as a bank, shopping mall, restaurant, or spa
    2.4 Purpose of the outing
    2.5 Home address or preferred pick-up location
    2.6 Any additional arrangements, such as pick-up from home or meeting at the destination
    2.7 Any specific personal needs, such as how frequently adult diapers need to be changed, medications to be taken, and any dietary requirements or food and drinks that should be avoided

3. Booking confirmation. Thailaor will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the appointment date and time

4. Deposit payment. A 50% deposit of the service fee is required to confirm your booking

5. Appointment. Meet our staff at the agreed date, time, and location 


Service Rates

1. Starting at THB 800 for 4 hours, covering the period from pick-up at the senior’s home until they are safely returned home. Service time starts when we meet the client

2. If the service exceeds the allocated time, an additional fee of THB 200 per hour will apply. Any fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour

3. The service fee does not include transportation costs for travel to and from the destinations, including the return journey to the senior’s residence or other locations

4. Seniors or their families may choose their preferred mode of transportation, such as a taxi or private-hire vehicle. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the senior or their family

5. The service fee does not include the senior’s personal expenses, such as shopping purchases, meals, and other individual expenses

เรื่องเล็ก ๆ ในชีวิต ที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องไปคนเดียว เช่น การไปซื้อของที่ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตหรือห้างสรรพสินค้า ไปธนาคาร ไปทานอาหารนอกบ้านหรือคาเฟ่บรรยากาศสบาย ๆ อาจเป็นเรื่องเหนื่อยหรือไม่สะดวกสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ โดยเฉพาะในวันที่รู้สึกไม่อยากไปคนเดียวหรือไม่มีคนว่างไปเป็นเพื่อน

ไทยละออพร้อมอยู่ข้าง ๆ เป็นเพื่อนพาผู้สูงอายุออกไปทำกิจกรรมในชีวิตประจำวัน ด้วยความสุภาพ ใจเย็น และใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียด โดยอยู่เป็นเพื่อน พูดคุย และช่วยดูแลระหว่างเดินทาง เราไม่ได้เร่งรีบเพราะเราเข้าใจว่าความสบายใจสำคัญกว่า

เหมาะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่อยากออกไปใช้ชีวิตนอกบ้าน แต่ไม่อยากไปคนเดียว ผู้สูงอายุที่ลูกหลานไม่สะดวกพาไป หรือผู้สูงอายุที่ต้องการเพื่อนคุยระหว่างทำกิจกรรม


รายละเอียดการให้บริการ

เพื่อให้การไปซื้อของ ทำธุระ หรือการทานอาหารเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีความสุข ไทยละออจะดูแลและอยู่เคียงข้างผู้สูงอายุในทุกการเดินทาง ดังนี้

1. เดินทางไปรับตามสถานที่ที่แจ้งไว้ ตามความสะดวกของผู้สูงอายุ

2. อยู่เป็นเพื่อน คอยดูแล ช่วยซื้อของหรือทำธุระตามความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ 

3. หลังเสร็จสิ้นการซื้อของหรือทำธุระ เดินทางไปส่งที่บ้านพัก 


หมายเหตุ

1. กรุณาเตรียมเอกสารส่วนตัวที่จำเป็นต่อการซื้อสินค้า หรือทำธุระ ให้ครบถ้วนก่อนวันนัดหมาย เช่น บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน Passport / Visa บัตรสมาชิกร้านอาหาร ยาประจำตัว และอื่นๆ เพื่อความสะดวก

2. เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ


ขั้นตอนในการรับบริการ

เพื่อความเรียบร้อยและการจัดคิวเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างเหมาะสม กรุณาดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. แจ้งวันที่ต้องการรับบริการ โดยกรุณาติดต่อล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน เพื่อเช็คคิวว่างของเจ้าหน้าที่

2. แจ้งข้อมูลของผู้สูงอายุ 
    2.1 เพศ อายุ 
    2.2 ชาวไทยหรือชาวต่างชาติ
    2.3 สถานที่ที่ต้องการเข้ารับบริการ เช่น ธนาคาร ห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านอาหาร สปา
    2.4 เหตุผลในการเดินทางไปสถานที่ที่ต้องการ
    2.5 แจ้งที่พักอาศัย หรือสถานที่ที่ต้องการให้ไปรับ
    2.6 แจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม เช่น ต้องการให้ไปรับที่บ้าน หรือ นัดพบกันที่สถานที่ที่ต้องการ
    2.7 แจ้งความต้องการส่วนตัวของผู้สูงอายุ เช่น ระยะเวลาในการเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ ยาที่ต้องรับประทาน อาหารและน้ำที่ผู้สูงอายุสามารถทานได้หรือทานไม่ได้  

3. ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ไทยละออจะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันวัน และเวลานัดหมาย

4. ชำระค่ามัดจำ 50% ของค่าบริการ เพื่อยืนยันการจองคิวนัดหมาย

5. พบกันตามวัน เวลา และสถานที่นัดหมาย


อัตราค่าบริการ

1. เริ่มต้น 800 บาท / 4 ชั่วโมง ตั้งแต่ไปรับผู้สูงอายุที่บ้าน จนถึงส่งกลับบ้าน (เริ่มนับเวลาตั้งแต่พบผู้รับบริการ)

2. หากใช้บริการเกินเวลาที่กำหนด คิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 200 บาท / 1 ชั่วโมง (เศษของนาทีนับเป็น 1 ชั่วโมง)

3. อัตรานี้ไม่รวมค่าเดินทางไป - กลับยังสถานที่ที่ไปทำธุระ จนถึงที่พักหรือสถานที่ต่างๆ

4. ผู้สูงอายุหรือครอบครัวสามารถกำหนดวิธีการเดินทางเองได้ เช่น Taxi รถโดยสารส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งผู้สูงอายุหรือครอบครัวเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย

5. อัตรานี้ไม่รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายเฉพาะของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ค่าซื้อสินค้า ค่าอาหาร และอื่นๆ
