Thailaor is here to accompany seniors, provide companionship while waiting in queues, and help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. We can also offer basic guidance on procedures according to each client's needs. Throughout the process, we provide assistance with courtesy, patience, and respect for every senior.

Service Details

To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience when visiting government offices, Thailaor will accompany and assist seniors throughout every step of the process, including

1. Pick-up or Meeting Point We can pick you up from your specified location or arrange to meet you directly at the government office, whichever is more convenient for you

2. Coordination and Assistance Upon arrival, we will help coordinate with the relevant departments and assist with the necessary procedures until the process is completed

3. Companionship While Waiting We will stay by your side, provide care, and assist you while waiting for services from government officials

4. Accompaniment During Appointments We will accompany you when meeting with government officers to help listen to important information and follow the required procedures

5. Communication with Family Members We will relay important information and updates to your family or relatives

6. Return Journey Once all procedures are completed, we will accompany you safely back to your residence

1. Please prepare all necessary personal and supporting documents before your appointment, such as your Thai national ID card, driving licence, house registration book, passport, visa, and any other relevant documents. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient service experience

How to Book Our Service 

To ensure smooth arrangements and proper staff scheduling, please follow the steps below

1. Request Your Preferred Service Date Please contact us at least 3 days in advance so we can check staff availability

2. Provide the Senior's Details Please provide the following information
    2.1 Gender and age
    2.2 Thai national or foreign national
    2.3 Government office to be visited, such as the Department of Land Transport, Immigration Bureau, Police Station, or District Office
    2.4 Purpose of the visit to the government office
    2.5 Residential address or preferred pick-up location
    2.6 Preferred arrangements, such as pick-up from home or meeting directly at the government office
    2.7 Any special personal care requirements, such as adult diaper changing frequency, medications that need to be taken, and any dietary restrictions or foods and drinks that should be avoided

3. Appointment Confirmation Thailaor will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the appointment date and time

4. Deposit Payment A 50% deposit of the service fee is required to confirm your booking

5. Meet as Scheduled We will meet you at the agreed date, time, and location

Service Rates

1. Starting at THB 1,200 for 6 hours, covering the period from pick-up at the senior's home until they are safely returned home. Service time starts when we meet the client

2. Additional Service Time THB 200 per hour for services exceeding the allotted time. Any fraction of an hour will be charged as one full hour

3. Transportation costs are not included in the service fee. This includes travel to and from the government office, as well as transportation to the senior's residence or other destinations

4. Seniors or their families may choose their preferred mode of transportation, such as a taxi or private hire vehicle. All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the senior or their family

5. The service fee does not include expenses specific to the senior, such as government processing fees, document fees, or other related expenses

รายละเอียดการให้บริการ

เพื่อให้การไปติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสบายใจ ไทยละออจะดูแลและประสานงานให้กับผู้สูงอายุในทุกขั้นตอน ดังนี้

1. เดินทางไปรับตามสถานที่ที่แจ้งไว้ หรือ นัดพบกันที่สถานที่ราชการตามความสะดวกของผู้สูงอายุ

2. เมื่อถึงสถานที่ราชการ ช่วยติดต่อประสานงานและดำเนินการจนจบกระบวนการ 

3. อยู่เป็นเพื่อน คอยดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกระหว่างรอรับบริการจากทางหน่วยงานราชการ

4. เข้าพบเจ้าหน้าที่พร้อมผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อช่วยรับฟังข้อมูลและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน

5. นำข้อมูลสำคัญไปอธิบายให้ครอบครัวหรือญาติรับทราบ

6. หลังเสร็จสิ้นทุกขั้นตอน เดินทางไปส่งที่บ้านพัก 


หมายเหตุ

1. กรุณาเตรียมเอกสารส่วนตัว และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วนก่อนวันนัดหมาย เช่น บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน ใบขับขี่ ทะเบียนบ้าน Passport / Visa และอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การรับบริการเป็นไปอย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว 

2. เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ


ขั้นตอนในการรับบริการ

เพื่อความเรียบร้อยและการจัดคิวเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างเหมาะสม กรุณาดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. แจ้งวันที่ต้องการรับบริการ โดยกรุณาติดต่อล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน เพื่อเช็คคิวว่างของเจ้าหน้าที่

2. แจ้งข้อมูลของผู้สูงอายุ
    2.1 เพศ อายุ 
    2.2 ชาวไทยหรือชาวต่างชาติ
    2.3 หน่วยงานราชการที่ต้องการเข้ารับบริการ เช่น กรมขนส่งทางบก ตำรวจตรวจคนเข้าเมือง สถานีตำรวจ ที่ว่าการอำเภอ
    2.4 เหตุผลในการไปติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการ
    2.5 แจ้งที่พักอาศัย หรือสถานที่ที่ต้องการให้ไปรับ
    2.6 แจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม เช่น ต้องการให้ไปรับที่บ้าน หรือ นัดพบกันที่หน่วยงานราชการ
    2.7 แจ้งความต้องการส่วนตัวของผู้สูงอายุ เช่น ระยะเวลาในการเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ ยาที่ต้องรับประทาน อาหารและน้ำที่ผู้สูงอายุสามารถทานได้หรือทานไม่ได้  

3. ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ไทยละออจะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันวัน และเวลานัดหมาย

4. ชำระค่ามัดจำ 50% ของค่าบริการ เพื่อยืนยันการจองคิวนัดหมาย

5. พบกันตามวัน เวลา และสถานที่นัดหมาย


อัตราค่าบริการ

1. เริ่มต้น 1,200 บาท / 6 ชั่วโมง ตั้งแต่ไปรับผู้สูงอายุที่บ้าน จนถึงส่งกลับบ้าน (เริ่มนับเวลาตั้งแต่พบผู้รับบริการ)

2. หากใช้บริการเกินเวลาที่กำหนด คิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 200 บาท / 1 ชั่วโมง (เศษของนาทีนับเป็น 1 ชั่วโมง)

3. อัตรานี้ไม่รวมค่าเดินทางไป - กลับยังสถานที่ราชการ จนถึงที่พักหรือสถานที่ต่างๆ

4. ผู้สูงอายุหรือครอบครัวสามารถกำหนดวิธีการเดินทางเองได้ เช่น Taxi รถโดยสารส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งผู้สูงอายุหรือครอบครัวเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย

5. อัตรานี้ไม่รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายเฉพาะของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ค่าดำเนินการของทางราชการ ค่าเอกสาร และอื่นๆ
