We understand that going to the hospital alone can sometimes make older adults feel anxious, uncomfortable, or physically exhausted. Thailaor is here to provide companionship and support, accompanying seniors and staying by their side on days when they need to see a doctor

Our service is suitable for both Thai and foreign seniors who live alone, or whose family members and loved ones are busy, have other commitments, live far away, or are unable to accompany them to the hospital. We are here to provide support with patience, courtesy, and genuine care, because we believe that a hospital visit can be easier and less stressful when someone is there to accompany you


Service Details

To help ensure a smooth and comfortable hospital visit, Thailaor will accompany and assist seniors throughout the process, including the following

1. Pick-up or meeting at the hospital. We can pick you up from your specified location or arrange to meet you at the hospital, whichever is more convenient

2. Hospital registration and benefits verification. Upon arrival, we will assist with submitting identification documents and checking medical treatment entitlements

3. Companionship and assistance while waiting. We will stay by your side, provide support, and help make the waiting process more comfortable

4. Accompaniment during the doctor's consultation. We can accompany you into the consultation room to help listen to the doctor's explanations, medical information, and self-care recommendations

5. Communication with family members. We will relay important information from the medical visit to your family or relatives

6. Return journey. After the appointment, we will accompany you home. Important Notes


Note

1. Please prepare all necessary medical and identification documents before the appointment, such as your Thai national ID card or passport, hospital patient card, appointment slip, current medications, and any other relevant documents. This will help make the service more convenient and efficient

2. Our service staff can communicate in both Thai and English


How to Book Our Service 

To ensure smooth arrangements and appropriate staff scheduling, please follow these steps

1. Contact us in advance. Please contact us at least 3 days before your desired service date so we can check staff availability

2. Provide the senior's details. Please share the following information
    2.1 Gender and age
    2.2 Thai national or foreign national
    2.3 Symptoms or reason for the medical appointment        
    2.4 Name of the hospital, department, and building where the  appointment will take place
    2.5 Home address or designated pick-up location    
    2.6 Preferred arrangements, such as pick-up from home or meeting directly at the hospital
    2.7 Any specific personal care requirements, such as adult diaper changing frequency, medications that need to be taken, and any dietary restrictions or foods and drinks that should be avoided

3. Appointment confirmation. Thailaor will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the appointment date and time

4. Deposit payment. A 50% deposit of the service fee is required to confirm your booking

5. Meet as scheduled. We will meet the senior at the agreed date, time, and location
 

Service Rates

1. Starting at THB 1,200 for up to 6 hours, covering the period from meeting the senior to returning them home. The service time starts when we meet the senior

2. Additional time: THB 200 per hour for services exceeding the allotted time. Any fraction of an hour will be charged as one full hour

3. Transportation costs are not included in the service fee. This includes travel to and from the hospital and onward to the senior's residence or other destinations

4. Seniors or their families may choose their preferred mode of transportation, such as a taxi or private hire vehicle. All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the senior or their family

5. The service fee does not include personal medical expenses, such as hospital fees, doctor's fees, medication costs, or other related expenses

เราเข้าใจว่าการไปโรงพยาบาลเพียงลำพังอาจทำให้ผู้สูงอายุรู้สึกไม่สบายใจหรือรู้สึกเหนื่อยเกินไป ไทยละออพร้อมเป็นตัวช่วยเป็นเพื่อนร่วมทางคอยดูแลและอยู่ข้าง ๆ ในวันที่ต้องไปพบแพทย์


เหมาะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติที่อยู่คนเดียว หรือในวันที่คนใกล้ชิดมีภาระหน้าที่ บุตรหลานติดธุระ อยู่ไกล หรือไม่สามารถพาไปได้ เราเข้ามาช่วยดูแลแทนด้วยความสุภาพ อดทน และความใส่ใจ เพราะเราเชื่อว่าการไปโรงพยาบาลจะง่ายและสบายใจขึ้นเมื่อมีใครสักคนไปเป็นเพื่อน


รายละเอียดการให้บริการ

เพื่อให้การไปโรงพยาบาลเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสบายใจ ไทยละออจะดูแลและอยู่เคียงข้างผู้สูงอายุในทุกขั้นตอน ดังนี้

1. เดินทางไปรับตามสถานที่ที่แจ้งไว้ หรือ นัดพบกันที่โรงพยาบาลตามความสะดวกของผู้สูงอายุ

2. เมื่อถึงโรงพยาบาล ช่วยยื่นบัตรและตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การรักษา

3. อยู่เป็นเพื่อน คอยดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกระหว่างรอรับบริการทางการแพทย์

4. เข้าพบแพทย์พร้อมผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อช่วยรับฟังข้อมูลการตรวจและคำแนะนำในการดูแลตัวเอง

5. นำข้อมูลสำคัญไปอธิบายให้ครอบครัวหรือญาติรับทราบ

6. หลังเสร็จสิ้นการตรวจ เดินทางไปส่งที่บ้านพัก 


หมายเหตุ

1. กรุณาเตรียมเอกสารทางการแพทย์ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วนก่อนวันนัดหมาย เช่น บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน Passport บัตรประจำตัวคนไข้ ใบนัดแพทย์ ยาประจำตัว และอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การรับบริการเป็นไปอย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว 

2. เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ


ขั้นตอนในการรับบริการ

เพื่อความเรียบร้อยและการจัดคิวเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างเหมาะสม กรุณาดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. แจ้งวันที่ต้องการรับบริการ โดยกรุณาติดต่อล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน เพื่อเช็คคิวว่างของเจ้าหน้าที่

2. แจ้งข้อมูลของผู้สูงอายุ 
    2.1 เพศ อายุ
    2.2 ชาวไทย หรือชาวต่างชาติ
    2.3 อาการ หรือเหตุผลในการพบแพทย์
    2.4 อาการ หรือเหตุผลในการพบแพทย์
    2.5 แจ้งที่พักอาศัย หรือสถานที่ที่ต้องการให้ไปรับ
    2.6 แจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม เช่น ต้องการให้ไปรับที่บ้าน หรือ นัดพบกันที่โรงพยาบาล
    2.7 แจ้งความต้องการส่วนตัวของผู้สูงอายุ เช่น ระยะเวลาในการเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ ยาที่ต้องรับประทาน อาหารและน้ำที่ผู้สูงอายุสามารถทานได้หรือทานไม่ได้

3. ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ไทยละออจะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันวัน และเวลานัดหมาย

4. ชำระค่ามัดจำ 50% ของค่าบริการ เพื่อยืนยันการจองคิวนัดหมาย

5. พบกันตามวัน เวลา และสถานที่นัดหมาย 


อัตราค่าบริการ

1. เริ่มต้น 1,200 บาท / 6 ชั่วโมง ตั้งแต่ไปรับผู้สูงอายุที่บ้าน จนถึงส่งกลับบ้าน (เริ่มนับเวลาตั้งแต่พบผู้สูงอายุ)

2. หากใช้บริการเกินเวลาที่กำหนด คิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 200 บาท / 1 ชั่วโมง (เศษของนาทีนับเป็น 1 ชั่วโมง)

3. อัตรานี้ไม่รวมค่าเดินทางไป - กลับยังโรงพยาบาล จนถึงที่พักหรือสถานที่ต่างๆ

4. ผู้สูงอายุหรือครอบครัวสามารถกำหนดวิธีการเดินทางเองได้ เช่น Taxi รถโดยสารส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งผู้สูงอายุหรือครอบครัวเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย

5. อัตรานี้ไม่รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายเฉพาะของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ค่ารักษาพยาบาล ค่ายา และอื่นๆ
